Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I'm not good with all them photography or color terms but you do something with your pictures that gives a crazy look and gives mysterious feeling. Mysterious, but completely open to meaning. O.o. nice use of color (as many others have stated in your comments..) throughout your gallery, I like it a lot, has a nice fashionable sense to it.. more subtle and elegant than beating you over the head with its presence, I dig.
